Your advertisement will appear for one year from the date of publishing (subject to any special offers or promotions).

As soon as we receive your details, we will prepare your materials for our website. We take no responsibility for any delay in properties being included on , but will always try to complete the inclusion usually within 5 days of receiving the request.

We will invoice you for the appropriate amount after you have submited your completed application. Invoices not paid within 7 days means the property will be removed from our database and a surcharge for future applications charged.


We only allow a single property per page. Our charges are for a single rentable unit. If you want 2 or more units with us, then payment for each unit must be made .


We reserve the right to refuse or remove any property without recourse.

We try our hardest to ensure that the web site is up and running as much as possible, but we cannot take responsibility for times when the site is down for planned or unplanned maintenance.


We promise to maintain the highest standards but we cannot accept liability for any materials sent to us or for inaccuracies.

Our offer is for private owners, companies wishing to advertise may contact us for details.

We do not publish E-mail addresses for privacy purposes unless requested. Any information we gather and/or store is kept secure and entirely for our purposes and not passed on to any other company or organisation.

We ask you to keep us up to date with your property/listing by emailing us amendments, so that we can update your property listing on our website.

We cannot accept hand written details as too many mistakes are made.
